You’ve heard of the shopping cart theory?
Basically, this theory states that choosing to return the shopping cart to the return bin or leaving the cart in the parking lot to be directed freely by the wind, let’s society know what kind of person you are and gives a quick glimpse into your character. It’s an interesting study and theory, look it up!
I would like to introduce you to the K-Cup Theory, the workplace version of the shopping cart theory!
It doesn’t take much effort! One only needs take it out and throw it away in the trash can, the trash can which is no doubt, very close to the Keurig!
Doing small things consistently well, like this, will help you do bigger things consistently well, so simple, yet such a workplace struggle!!
Attitude's a choice!
